It is a unique style of massage that sees the practitioner using their hands, forearms, elbows & fingers to massage their client. Lomi Lomi feels great, is very relaxing and calming.

Swedish or Therapeutic Massage is a system of long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration and shaking motions that apply pressure between muscles and bones, rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish Massage feels good, is relaxing but can also incorporate deep tissue to those tight muscles.
